With an excellent production arrangement, we can afford low MOQ of 500pcs / style, even 300pcs / style in some case, no headache for you to try the new ideas.
• Workers Experience / Ability – 80% of our workers have been working with us over 4 years with a good command of sewing technic. This is very important to maintain a stable and consistent quality standard.
• Washing Technic – Imported washing materials to keep the environment clean. A group of technical people is set to monitor the temperature, color fading, drying process etc. during each process and mark down records for reporting, aiming to achieve a consistent batch of coloring and treatment effect.
• Quality Control – Strict operation manual of Q/C from online sewing to packing is input to make sure a garment is well made on a high standard before delivering to customers. Each single pair of jeans is 100% measured to ensure the correct fitting and measurement.

All garment begins with PATTERN! A good pattern making is the crucial link to determine the garment, especially the denims of which wash requires the precise shrinkage rate of fabric. Hence the pattern making should build in the rate before wash to allow shrinkage after then to achieve accurate spec measurement for each pair of jeans.
It will then leave to our skilled MASTERS’s hands for sewing.
7 skilled workers are creating pieces of arts every day here in our sampling room.
Each piece is strictly qualified before handover to our customers hand.
Rolls of fabrics are laid on these boards for cutting precisely following the paper pattern.
There are 5 groups of sewing sections consisting of over 120 skilled workers in our factory.
Our workers are well trained to shoot each needle with threads to make each garment in accordance with our quality standard which ensures each garment comes out in consistence, both the spec measurement and sewing craftsmanship. Most important, they are happy working here!
Each bartack is nicely done to give enhancement and form the basic element to a pair of jeans.
Step 1 – Pre-trim to remove most of raw & loose threads from both facing and inside of the garment
Step 2 – 2nd round triming
Step 3 – Ironing to shape the garment
Step 4 – Spec measurement on each individual garment to make sure they come out in the right fit and measurements
Step 5 – Final thorough check
Step 6 – Attach accessories such tags / size cards etc... and pack
